iAdvize is a conversational commerce platform that enables businesses to engage their customers and prospects whether they’re on the website or on social media from one messaging solution (chat, voice, video). By adding a human touch to online customer service, iAdvize increases customer satisfaction, brand loyalty and boosts business performance. Visitors can get real-time advice from customer service agents but also from savvy enthusiasts with ibbü, an on-demand pool of experts.

iAdvize works with more than 2500 websites worldwide. Ecommerce, luxury, travel, banking, … iAdvize operates in many fields with companies such as like Toshiba, House of Fraser, Renault, Total, Europcar and L’Oréal.

Created in February 2010, iAdvize was co-founded by Julien Hervouët and Jonathan Gueron. Today, 200 people work for iAdvize in Nantes, London, Madrid and Düsseldorf. iAdvize was awarded twice Great Place to Work (2015 and 2017).
